Services - Long-term Care

A serious accident or illness can bring anxiety to any family. Will recovery take weeks, months—or longer? What if the patient needs round-the-clock attention, skilled nursing care, or medical supervision?

Many families try their best to provide home care for a loved one who has lost the ability to function independently. Yet sometimes, even their best efforts will not be enough. That’s why so many families in our community have turned to Meadow View Nursing & Respiratory Care Center.

Many of our residents stay with us for extended periods, especially those whose lives have been profoundly affected by accidents or illnesses such as emphysema, Alzheimer’s, heart disease and stroke. Not only do we offer the health care and physical therapy these patients require, we also provide a warm and friendly social environment — the ideal conditions for optimal living.

Skilled Care
Meadow View Nursing & Respiratory Care Center offers a full array of skilled care services, including IV therapy/antibiotics/hydration, wound care, nutrition, infection control program, cardiac monitoring, podiatry, oxygen and more.

Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care
The award-winning care center was carefully designed to meet the care, comfort and safety needs of Alzheimer’s patients. In the Unit, Alzheimer’s patients receive the compassion, assistance and supervision they require. Appropriate activities, including opportunities for socialization, are offered. The Linden unit has its own dining room where residents can eat independently or with assistance as needed.
